My name is Savannah Bartlett, a Vancouver local, educator, and founder of Tutor Me BC. After earning my Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria, I began my teaching career at a Canadian international school in Mexico during the height of the pandemic, gaining experience in remote, hybrid, and in-person learning. I then spent time in Australia as a substitute teacher across a wide range of school settings; from traditional and open learning environments to Muslim, German, special education, and even Coptic Orthodox schools. Most recently, I taught at an IB international school in Italy, where I embraced inquiry-based learning and adapted to a new curriculum, continuing to grow as a lifelong learner.

Throughout these global teaching experiences, one thing has remained clear: students thrive when they receive the support they need outside of the classroom. Tutoring can help transform not only academic performance but also confidence and motivation.

Now back in Vancouver, I’m excited to launch Tutor Me BC. Having grown up here, I’ve built strong connections with various secondary schools and education organizations, where there is a consistent demand for trusted academic support. My goal is to connect passionate university students with high school learners who are ready to grow; with the right guidance by their side.
